How to Mobile Bid with Greater Giving Online Bidding

How to Bid

Bidding will open on Tuesday, April 17 and will close at 8:30 pm on Friday, April 20.

When the auction opens, you will have several options:

Quick Bid:  Hitting "Quick Bid" will automatically enter the next pre-established bidding increment.

Bid:  You have two options under Bid:

Max Bid --highest you want to bid on an item;  will occur automatically until max bid is reached.

Straight Bid --bidding a certain amount one time.

Buy Now:  By clicking this, you will purchase the item for the “Buy Now” price in the description.

Watch:  Clicking "watch" will put this item in your "My Items" box in the menu for easy access.

·      If you are outbid, you will be notified via text message. You will also see a notification on your home screen

·      Once the auction closes, the guest with the highest bid will win. Go to My List to view your winning packages.

·      Please note all restrictions for auction items. Unless noted, all gift certificates will expire on April 20, 2019.

Check Out

Winning bidders should collect their items from the American Institute of Artchitects on the night of the auction if possible, or items can be picked up between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday the week following the auction at Capitol Hill Day School.
